Samuel Morse's first hobby (born April 21, 1791 in Charlestown and died April 2, 1872 in New York) was painting, which he studied with the famous American artist Washington Allston. He then enrolled at Yale University, where he attended lectures on electricity. During his studies, he earned his living by painting portraits. In 1810, he graduated, and a year later accompanied his teacher Alston on a trip to Europe.
It was Mose who invented the wireless telegraph, he was the first to patent and present the telegraph - first at the Philadelphia Institute, then to US President Martin Buren (however, he was not the inventor of this means of communication).
